Julia Moreno was born May 27, 1969 to Genevieve Smith and Fred Hunt in Gonzales, Texas, where she also attended school.
She moved to Seguin, Texas where she worked at Remarkable Nursing Center. She later moved back to Gonzales, Texas where she committed herself to being childcare for her grandchildren. She loved her children, grandchildren, and family very much. She devoted a lot of time to caring for and being there for her grandchildren and children.
Julia was an incredibly fun and caring woman who would try to help whenever she could. She joined Providence Missionary Baptist Church, where her children and grandchildren are members, as well as her mother and siblings.
She was preceded in death by her four brothers: Paul E. Smith, David D. Hunt, Curtis J. Smith, and Chris Goode. One sister; Valerie Hunt. Father; Fred Hunt, grandparents; Myrtle Butler and Richard Smith, great grandparents; Willis and Rosie Lampkin.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Destiny Santiago (husband, Rodolfo Santiago), and Deddrick Hunt (girlfriend; Amanda Arce). Grandchildren, Julicia, Charity, Jasmaray, Jakaira, Miracle, Devon, Loyalty and Faith. Mother, Genevieve Smith, Sisters; Beverly Hunt, Marilyn Hunt, and Patricia Banks. Brothers; Douglas Hunt, Raymond Smith, John Ray Hunt, Sonny Hunt, and Fred Erskin. Jereline (Aunt), Martin Clack (Uncle), Elizabeth Boldien (Aunt) and Richard James Smith (Uncle). And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
