JOEL PRICE, SR.

 Joel Price, Sr. passed away September 29, 2021 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 72.  He was born on March 5,1949 to Hezekiah Price, Sr. and Beatrice Jackson Price.  He was a long-time resident of Gonzales, Texas. He graduated from Gonzales High School.

He enjoyed BBQing and catering for the community.  He was a hard worker and a Cowboy from his heart.  He also did carpentry, painting and many other types of construction work.

He passed his legacy onto his eight boys.  Joel was a loving, kind, thoughtful father, grandfather, and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hezekiah Price, Sr, and Beatrice Jackson Price. Brother, Hezekiah Price, Jr. and nephew, Richard Seay.

He leaves to cherish his memory, Eight sons: Joel Price, Jr. (Marci) of Seguin, Texas, Rodney Wayne Price (Sharon) of San Antonio, Texas and Kerry Jerome Price of San Antonio, Texas, Joel Ramos (Laci), Matthew Ramos (Laurie), Patrick Ramos (Sara) Justin Ramos (Abbie) and Dillen Ramos. Sister: Laura Lee McVea Canada (Pat). Grandchildren: Marlena Peavy, Kelsey Hardy, Kalin Hardy, Jasmine Mendiola, Kennedy Price, Sophia Price, Kerry Price, Jr. and Jerney Price, Rayne Price, Doryen Price, Jace Ramos, Reagan Ramos, Denise Navarro, Paisley Ramos, and Patrick Ramos.  Great grandchildren: Tykon Shelton, Nori Price, Kylan Shelton. Friends; Mother of the children, Linda Hardge, and Rosie Ramos Douglas
