George Ragland III was born February 9, 1944 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late George and Alice Ragland Jr. He departed this life on November 11, 2020 at home.

He attended and graduated from Daule High School in Cuero, Texas.

He remained in Cuero, Texas upon completion of High School and worked as an auctioneer for the Cuero, Texas Auction Barn. He later moved to San Antonio, Texas.

George loved watching sports with his family. He was a die-hard Cowboys Fan and he also was a Spurs fan.

He had a kind heart and would help you in anyway he could. He will be truly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and three sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Josiey Perez (Keith), one grandson, Kyrie and one granddaughter, Zoe Humphries of Dallas, Texas. One sister; Alice Taylor of Gonzales, Texas.  Two brothers; John Eleby and Joe Benny Eleby of Gonzales, Texas. And a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and many friends.
