EMELIO GONZALES

Emelio Gonzales 68 was born May 13, 1956, in Gonzales, Texas.  He passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.

He attended school in Gonzales, Texas, and worked at Walker Plumbing Company for many years. He was dedicated and a hard worker. 

Emelio was a loving father, and grandfather and always willing to help others.

He loved football. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan.

He is survived by his only daughter Deadra Riojas (Donovan), and three grandchildren, Donovan, Jr., Darrius, and Dallas. Three stepchildren, Destiny Tealer; Jimmy Rosas (Allison), and their five children, and Marisol Gonzales, and her five children.  Other relatives and friends.

Family, friends and co-workers will greatly miss him.

I have fought a good fight, I have kept the faith. There is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord the righteous judge will give me on that day and not to me only but also to all who have loved his appearing.  2Timthoy 4:7-8
