Betty Jean Cray a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend of Gonzales Texas passed away at home in Houston Texas on February 09, 2025, at the age of 79 Betty Jean Cray was born June 26, 1945, to Sam Moore and Mary Ella Hunt she attended school in Gonzales Texas where she later graduated Edwards High School during her time of work she worked in Houston Texas, and also Gonzales Texas in healthcare as CNA. In her free time, she loved spending time with her family, shopping, doing her nails, and going out to eat. Betty Jean was preceded in death by both of her parents Sam Moore and Mary Ella Hunt her son Lamond Houston grandson Adam Hodges two brothers Gregory Hunt and Herman Hunt Jr also two sisters Dorothy Jean Ford and Renea Evette James. She leaves to cherish her memory of one son, Darren"Dapo" Houston, a very special nephew Ayden Latrell Hunt, and a very special niece Shanae Ford a special friend Helen Barnes a host of grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends
